Compliance and Values

Our corporate culture is based on our traditional values safety, honesty and partnership. They guide and oblige us in all our business units and are the binding foundation for all business activities. To further strengthen this part of our business culture the updated version of the FÖRCH Code-of-Conduct was introduced in 2019.

For us, honesty and safety means that we follow the applicable law in all our operations. Since we are striving for long-term and cooperative relationships, we expect the same from our business partners.

For our employees safety stands for the protection of their health and dignity. Therefore, we respect the local rules of occupational safety. For a working partnership with our business partners and suppliers, we cannot tolerate any sorts of child or forced labour.
